KODA provides complete IT servicing to the companies within the structure of Alen Mak, and thus they can afford to go without an IT department of their own.

KODA maintains the network infrastructure of our company office in Sofia and our factory in Plovdiv – active and passive equipment, VPN, Windows and Linux-based servers – web, FTP, mail, file and print servers, Active Directory, LDAP, anti-virus protection.

At the same time, the users working at more than 300 workstations in the network of Alen Mak are provided with helpdesk support via telephone, through remote access facilities and on the spot.

Parallel to this, support of the various information systems used within the company is also provided – the accounting system, Material and Technical Provision, Labour and Remuneration, budgeting, document exchange control system, legal information system, etc.

Furthermore, the management is provided with accurate information in the form of detailed extracts from the company’s telephone exchange and data about mobile phone calls, which makes it possible to minimize and keep track of the costs by departments and employees, according to various criteria and at various levels.
