DZI has entrusted to KODA the creation of the whole infrastructure of its Contact Centre – Medical Centre DZI. This project included the selection of computer equipment, telephone exchange, applied software, etc.
The support of this equipment is one of KODA’s main tasks. This activity is performed 24 hours a day in order to provide uninterrupted operation of the Contact Centre servicing all clients of the company.
KODA advises the Medical Centre DZI on all IT matters concerning the company’s work. This involves participation at meetings, market analysis for selection of equipment, intermediation with suppliers of IT equipment, the main objective being to satisfy all requirements of the client.
